ALH Hub operates a platform that connects families seeking assisted living care with verified assisted living facilities nationwide through direct communication and transparent processes.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. Our Services are available to individuals at least 18 years of age with legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

We provide intelligent matching services that connect families with suitable assisted living facilities based on care needs, location preferences, budget constraints, and other specified criteria. Our matching algorithm considers multiple factors to provide personalized recommendations while maintaining complete transparency in the process.

2.3 Direct Communication Model

ALH Hub facilitates direct communication between families and facilities without acting as a middleman in negotiations or care arrangements. We provide the platform and tools for connection, but the actual care agreements, pricing negotiations, and service arrangements are conducted directly between families and facilities.

2.4 Tour Booking and Scheduling

Our platform includes comprehensive tour booking capabilities that allow families to schedule visits, receive confirmations, and manage appointments with assisted living facilities. We coordinate scheduling but do not participate in the actual tours or care assessments.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Information

5. Family User Responsibilities

Family users acknowledge that all care decisions are made independently. ALH Hub provides information and facilitation services but does not make recommendations about specific care decisions or guarantee the suitability of any facility.

6. FACILITY PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 Licensing and Compliance

    Facilities are responsible for:

  • Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and regulatory compliance
  • Provide proof of insurance and bonding as required
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Notify ALH Hub immediately of any licensing issues or regulatory actions

6.2 Information Accuracy

    Facilities are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information about services, amenities, and pricing
  • Updating availability and capacity information in real-time
  • Maintaining accurate photos and facility descriptions
  • Disclosing any material changes to services or operations

6.3 Communication Standards

    Facilities are partners must:

  • Respond to family inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Honor scheduled tours and appointments
  • Provide clear information about costs, services, and admission
  • requirements Maintain appropriate boundaries in all communications

6.4 Quality Standards

Facilities must maintain high standards of care and service quality, participate in our verification processes, address complaints and concerns promptly, and cooperate with our quality assurance initiatives.

7. BOOKING AND SCHEDULING TERMS

7.1 Tour Scheduling

Our platform facilitates tour scheduling between families and facilities. While we provide the booking tools and coordination support, the actual tours are conducted directly between families and facilities. We are not responsible for the content or outcomes of facility tours.

7.2 Appointment Management

    Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate availability information when scheduling appointments
  • Honor confirmed appointments or provide reasonable notice for changes
  • Communicate directly with facilities regarding specific tour requirements
  • Respect facility policies during scheduled visits

7.3 Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policies for tours and appointments are established by individual facilities. ALH Hub facilitates communication about cancellations but does not enforce specific cancellation terms.

8. COMMUNICATION POLICIES

8.1 Platform Communications

ALH Hub may send you communications related to your account, our Services, important updates, and customer support. You may opt out of marketing communications but will continue to receive service-related messages.

8.2 Direct Communication Facilitation

We facilitate direct communication between families and facilities but do not monitor, control, or guarantee the content of these communications. All direct communications are the responsibility of the participating parties.

8.3 Privacy and Confidentiality

While we facilitate communication, all parties must respect privacy and confidentiality requirements, particularly regarding health information and personal circumstances.

9. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

9.1 No Fees for Families

ALH Hub does not charge any fees to families using our Services. Our platform is completely free for families searching for assisted living care, including all search, matching, communication, and booking services. We do not charge hidden fees, commissions, or any other costs to families at any time.

9.2 Facility Partnership Fees

Assisted living facilities may be subject to partnership fees for premium listing services, enhanced visibility, or additional marketing features. All facility fee arrangements are clearly disclosed in separate partnership agreements.

9.3 Third-Party Costs

While our Services are free for families, you may incur costs related to your use of third-party services (such as internet access, phone calls, or transportation to facility tours) that are not part of our Services.

9.4 No Commission Structure

ALH Hub does not operate on a commission basis and does not receive payment from facilities based on successful placements or care arrangements. Our business model is designed to maintain independence and objectivity in our services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

10.1 ALH Hub Property

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and technology, are owned by ALH Hub and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for their intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of our Services or content.

10.3 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to our Services, you grant ALH Hub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

13.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALH HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

13.5 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALH HUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ALH HUB IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

ou agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALH Hub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

15.3 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

16. TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support team or using the account closure features in your account settings. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
