Directory Policy

ALHHub LLC maintains a directory of licensed Arizona assisted living homes, memory care facilities, directed care facilities, and adult day programs. This policy explains how we source, display, and update that information.
Data sources
Facility license data, including license numbers, addresses, license types, capacity, and license status, is sourced from the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) public licensing records. This data is updated periodically as AZDHS publishes new records.
Facility names and addresses are displayed for the purpose of helping families identify and evaluate licensed care options. Inclusion of a facility in our directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or representation of a business relationship with that facility.
Partner facilities
Facilities marked "Partner" or "Featured" have signed a written Facility Partner Agreement with ALHHub LLC. All other facilities in the directory are listed for informational purposes only based on AZDHS public records.
Images and street view
Facility photographs displayed on our directory pages are either provided directly by the facility (in the case of Partners) or are sourced from Google Maps Street View, which provides publicly available imagery of street-facing property exteriors. We do not scrape, copy, or display photographs from facility websites, social media accounts, or other proprietary sources without permission.
Requesting corrections, updates, or removal
Facility operators may request the following at any time by emailing support@alhhub.com:
- Correction of inaccurate license information, address, capacity, or care offerings
- Removal of a Google Maps Street View image of the facility
- Removal of the facility entirely from the directory (other than its appearance in AZDHS-sourced lists, which is informational)
- Update of contact information shown on the facility listing
- Submission of facility-provided photographs to replace the Street View default
We respond to verified requests within five (5) business days. We may ask for reasonable verification that the requester is authorized to act on behalf of the facility.
Copyright concerns
If you believe that content on our directory infringes a copyright you own, please send a written notice to support@alhhub.com with the following information, as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. ยง 512):
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material on our site (URL is helpful)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will respond to valid copyright notices within five (5) business days and will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as appropriate.
Accuracy
We do our best to keep listings accurate, but the source data is updated independently by AZDHS. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the source records. Families should independently verify any facility's current license status, inspection history, and any complaints at the AZDHS public records portal before making any placement decision.
