Sharing with partner facilities
When you ask us to introduce you to a specific home or facility, we share the relevant information from your inquiry with that facility so they can contact you. We only share what is necessary for the introduction (typically your name, contact information, and a brief description of needs). Once introduced, that facility is responsible for its own use of your information under its own privacy practices.
SMS and text message communications
When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may contact you via SMS to respond to your inquiry, send you information about assisted living options, and follow up on your placement search. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
