Who we are

ALHHub is a senior placement referral service operating in Arizona. We help families and individuals identify assisted living homes, memory care, and similar residential care options that may fit their needs. We are a referral service. We are not a licensed care provider and we do not employ caregivers.

No medical, legal, or financial advice

Information on this site and from our team is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. Always consult an appropriately licensed professional for advice specific to your situation. Care decisions should be made with input from the resident, family members, and licensed healthcare providers.

How our service works

• You contact us through the website, by phone, or by email.
• We talk with you about your situation and preferences.
• We suggest homes that we believe may be a fit.
• If you choose to tour or move into a home, we coordinate the introduction.
• You decide whether to engage with any home. You are under no obligation to choose a home we suggest.

Fees and referral disclosure

Our service is free to families and seniors. We are paid a referral fee by the assisted living home or facility if and when a person we refer becomes a resident. The amount and terms of those fees are negotiated between us and the facility, not paid by you.

We disclose this arrangement clearly and we do our best to recommend homes based on fit, not on fee structure. You are always free to choose a home we did not recommend, or to use no service at all.

Directory and facility information

We list licensed assisted living homes in Arizona for informational purposes. Information is sourced from the Arizona Department of Health Services and from facilities directly. We try to keep listings accurate but make no guarantee. License status, capacity, pricing, and amenities can change. Always verify directly with the facility and with AZDHS before making a placement decision.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when contacting us so we can help effectively.
• Use the site lawfully and not in a way that interferes with others' use.
• Do not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute the directory or other content commercially without permission.
• Make your own independent assessment of any facility before signing a lease or care agreement.

SMS communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS communications from ALHHub related to your placement inquiry. Message frequency varies. Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party websites (e.g., a facility's own website, AZDHS, healthcare resources). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or reliability.

No guarantees; "as is"

We provide the website and our service "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or availability of any information, home, or service referenced. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALHHub LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the site or our service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALHHub LLC and its representatives from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site or service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
