These SMS Terms of Service govern text message communications between you and ALHHub LLC ("ALHHub", "we", "us", or "our"). By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.

Program description

ALHHub sends SMS messages to help families find assisted living and memory care homes in Arizona. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, follow-up questions, links to intake forms, home recommendations, and updates from your placement specialist.

How to opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages from us by providing your phone number on our website contact or inquiry forms and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting our number directly. Opt-in is voluntary. You are not required to consent to SMS as a condition of using our service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. We typically send messages only in response to your questions or to provide information you have requested. We do not send promotional broadcast messages.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enable messages, text START to our number.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. ALHHub is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device. We are not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier issues.

Privacy

Your phone number and the content of SMS messages are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Messages are transmitted through Twilio, our SMS service provider.

Supported carriers

This service is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers or devices.
